Anger

Medium - Ink - This piece I wanted to show the rawness of anger and jealousy where it can take over. Thats why its ink due to its anger's permanence on situations and the shading is scribbly and not as refined. The head in the background shows how even when someone is overtaken by anger they don’t necessarily feel that way and that their true thoughts are stuck behind the raging force.

Brain Fog

Medium - Graphite - During the conception of this piece, I was struggling with Brain Fog quite a bit and a lot of the visuals symbolize that. The gaunt look shows how starved the character is for conversation, but their mouth is sewn shut meaning they can’t have it. One eye is focused while the other is freaking out due to the sword, or panic, in their head. The many feet represent helplessness and not knowing where to go or what to do in this situation. The accordion is the only part of this character that can make a noise and so represents how communicating can be difficult and no one gets it.
